Warranty Policy

Boards Warranty

Your warranty begins on the day your package is delivered to you. Our skateboards come with a 180-day limited warranty, ensuring peace of mind and quality assurance.

Warranty Exclusions

The following items are not covered due to their nature of wear and tear: bearings, belts, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape, and wheels.

Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents such as riding in wet conditions or dropping the skateboard are not covered. Our skateboards have an IPX5 water resistance rating, meaning they are splash and dust resistant under normal conditions.

Damages due to unauthorized modifications, repairs, or failure to follow user manual instructions are not covered. The warranty is void if the product has been altered or poorly maintained.

Free products or gifts, as well as second-hand purchases, are not covered under this warranty.

*Please retain the original packaging for unforeseen circumstances.

Components Warranty

We offers a 90 days warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

All components, such as an extra remote or battery, can be purchased separately in our shop. If you do not see the part listed, please contact hello@linnpower.com. We also provide a 90 days warranty for the parts and components you bought separately on our website.

Warranty Exclusions
- The warranty excludes perishable items due to standard wear and tear, including bearings, belts, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape, and wheels.(Except just delivered within 7 days);
- The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, such as damage from abuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, negligence (including prolonged use of the battery at high power without timely charging), or any other damage resulting from misuse;
- Free products aren't covered by warranty;

If the problem should still persists after our diagnosis, we will continue to help you finding the correct replacement part until the problem is solved.

We reply to all questions within 24 hours during working days. If a question is sent during the weekend, please expect out response after the next working day. Replacement parts will be sent 2-3 business days after your request has been submitted. The shipping takes 3-15 business days.

Water damage, wheel wear, belts wear and any artificial damage is NOT covered under the warranty. Always charge the board with the original charger. Otherwise the battery might be damaged or even catch fire. This damage is NOT covered under the warranty.

  • Your order email address
  • The unique skateboard identification code
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Relevant photos and videos for analysis

Refund & Return Policy

 

Refund Policy

- We provide refunds for orders that have not been shipped, processed within 7 to 15 business days. A 6% restocking fee, charged by our refund platform, applies to non-pre-order items.
- Once dispatched, we cannot refund orders as we're unable to intercept shipments handed over to logistics companies.
- We cannot process refunds if tracking information shows "Delivered."
- For lost orders during transit or customs, we offer a refund or complimentary replacement after notifying you.

 

Return Policy

Contact our customer service for any quality issues with received products. We will send free replacement parts promptly and guide you through the replacement process.

 

Order Cancellation

Cancel unshipped skateboard orders from our factory, subject to a 6% restocking fee charged by our refund platform.
