216Wh – Featuring our custom-designed FlexVolt structure, this high-safety, high-cost battery pack optimizes both energy efficiency and performance. The stock wheel is 85*59mm, 78a boostedboards wheel.
432Wh – Built using an industry-standard pack structure, but with higher-quality materials and strict manufacturing standards, this option doubles the range while maintaining exceptional durability. The stock wheel is 105*70mm, 72a MAD Wheelz V2.

High Quality 7.9in 50° RKP - No Casting
The VIPER Truck stands out in the market under $600 with its authentic forged baseplate. Why do so many hangers and baseplates break in the industry? Forged components are more expensive than cast alternatives but offer greater strength and excellent resistance to bending. Here are the known brands currently using genuine forged trucks: Evolve Diablo series with Super Carve 2 Trucks; Boosted's third-generation models: Boosted Mini S, Boosted Mini X, Boosted V3, Boosted Stealth; Backfire Zealot X.

Re-Designed Deck for Enhanced Control
The LINNPOWER VIPER deck compares to standard Boosted boards with its extended kicktail for stability and control, plus a slightly concave design with flared wheel wells to prevent wheel bite, providing better control and a lower center of gravity for stable high-speed rides and agile low-speed maneuvers. While its cost is higher than some of other brands, it delivers better performance and durability.

Hobbywing 9028 ESC
Hobbywing 9028 FOC ESC with App. Equipped with waterproof connectors and a CNC-machined casing for improved heat dissipation, unlike casting, provides better heat dissipation and a higher-quality appearance. Considering the overall electrical configuration and reliability of the VIPER shortboard, the Hobbywing 9028 is the best choice. Its hardware is superior to other controllers in the same class, offering more solid and durable materials.

LINNPOWER Custom Pivot Cup
The standard pivot cups available on the market do not meet our precision requirements and fail to perfectly align with the base and the pivot point. Therefore, we have custom-made a pivot cup using better materials.
It offers better durability, with at least a 30% increase in lifespan compared to standard pivot cups. Additionally, the top vent design helps eliminate any noise, ensuring smoother performance.

Hobbywing 5250 Motor*2
Hobbywing motors stand out in their class with smaller size, higher performance, and greater reliability at the same power level. The real board power output is 800W per motor (1600W total); peak power of per motor: 2663W. For boards using a Hobbywing ESC, if the combined power is advertised as over 3500W, it means the specifications are overstated.
Heatsink - No Casting
For ESC housing and heatsink, while casting can offer a lower cost. But reliability is our top priority. CNC machining from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with an anodized finish, unlike casting, provides better heat dissipation and a higher-quality appearance.

- No Cast Parts: LINNPOWER's products eliminate the use of cast components, particularly in the skateboard's truck assemblies. This means there are no more frequent breakages of baseplates, kingpins, and hangers.
- Designers Who Ride: At LINNPOWER, our designer is rider first. We do not rely on customers to test our products. This means our designers personally use and test the skateboards, ensuring that they undergo rigorous internal testing before hitting the market.

Safety, Reliability, and Durability.
- Casting processes can lead to defects such as porosity, looseness, and unevenness, which can reduce the strength and durability of parts.
- Cast components may not be as strong and durable as forged or machined parts. To enhance the reliability and lifespan of board components, the choice is made to avoid using cast parts.
- Cast parts are more susceptible to damage under high loads or repeated use, leading to frequent maintenance or replacement. Steering clear of cast parts can minimize these issues.
- Enhancing Safety: In sports equipment like electric skateboard, the sudden failure of a part can result in severe accidents. Avoiding the use of cast parts helps to improve product safety.
VIPER is not designed for riders seeking extreme power in a shortboard. It offers more than enough power to tackle slopes in streets, parks, or campuses, while maintaining a low center of gravity and excellent turning ability. It delivers stability at high speeds and precision at lower speeds, all while maintaining a sleek and durable design. The goal of VIPER is to provide a reliable, portable, and fun short-distance commuting option at a reasonable price. If the range of the VIPER meets your needs, it should definitely be on your list. It is built to last a long time, making it a reliable commuting companion for years to come.
We are aware that some brands claim 1P battery packs degrade quickly and have a shorter lifespan. However, such statements are completely disconnected from real-world usage. As mentioned, significant battery degradation only occurs under sustained peak output, which is rare during daily riding.
For example, if you ride the VIPER for 15 km:
- At a speed of 20 km/h, it takes 40 minutes, with an average current of 6.6A.
- At 30 km/h, it takes 30 minutes, with an average current of 10A.
Both scenarios are far below 30A, meaning the battery is not under excessive stress. In esk8 applications, peak currents are rarely sustained long enough to cause noticeable degradation. The VIPER’s battery and entire system have undergone extensive stress testing—there are no issues with performance or durability.
That said, if you're concerned about battery lifespan, I will personally arrange a 50% discount whenever you decide to replace your battery. Due to shipping cost fluctuations, the discount does not cover shipping fees.
A356 is a good casting aluminum alloy and certainly more cost-effective. However, it is still a casting components, and its strength is significantly lower compared to forged or CNC-machined alternatives, which is why it doesn't meet our strength requirements.
VIPER trucks are 100% stronger than standard cast trucks and 50% stronger than A356.2 gravity-cast trucks.
Casting inevitably leads to internal defects, whereas LINNPOWER uses forging and CNC machining, eliminating these issues. Our manufacturing cost for trucks is 5-7 times higher than casting.
Unlike the common 2.1 or 2.0 gear ratios, the VIPER 216WH comes with a stock 2.8 gear ratio, providing increased torque and enhanced climbing ability, making steep hills effortless. The 432WH version features a 3.1 gear ratio.
The VIPER is compatible with wheels ranging from 80mm to 105mm. The stock pulley is designed for kegel core. However, using larger wheels may increase the likelihood of wheel bite. If you plan to purchase Cloudwheels, you're going to be purchase our ABEC pulleys.
Both versions offer similar torque and terrain adaptability.
- If you prioritize portability and agility, the 12S1P version is lighter and more compact. The 216WH battery, when using the stock fast charger, charges from 0-80% in just 30 minutes.
- If you prefer longer range on a single charge, the 12S2P version is a better choice.
Regardless of which version you choose, the VIPER delivers excellent control and stability.
High-quality standard griptape offers a more direct connection between our feet and the board, providing better control. Additionally, premium griptape is more durable. The VIPER also features high-quality Boosted V3 wheels, which provide excellent shock absorption. However, if you prefer padded griptape, you can purchase it directly from LINNPOWER at low cost.
Considering the 432WH VIPER's 30A ESC and the 432Wh has a 2S configuration, we chose the EVE 50E cell, which has a continuous discharge rating of 30A. This means the battery is more than sufficient for the VIPER 432Wh. It's a choice that balances the skateboard's overall configuration, performance, and price.
Firstly, any malfunctions caused directly or indirectly by water damage are not covered under our warranty.
However, thanks to LINNPOWER's reverse-threaded nut structure, silicone seal, etc., the VIPER's water resistance can reach an IP67 rating. The waterproof design is intended to handle unexpected situations, but please avoid riding in the rain or humid environments.
