Tracking Updates for Boards Shipped from HQ CN

Once your order is successfully captured, we dispatch your board to our partner forwarder's hub in China within 1-3 business days. Domestic transit inside China takes an additional 2-4 business days.

Crucial Tracking Note: Most riders receive their tracking sequence code at this initial processing step. However, no structural courier tracking updates will refresh until the package clears customs in your target destination country and undergoes its first physical scan by the local last-mile carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DPD). When that scan happens, it signals your board is in close proximity to final delivery.

Fast Shipping Pipeline

To help you better plan for the arrival of your board, please refer to the estimated timeline for each stage of the shipping process:

Domestic transit in China to the freight forwarder’s warehouse: 1–3 business days
China Mainland to Hong Kong transit: 1–3 business days
CN Customs Checking, if selected: 5-10 business days
Waiting for outbound flight from Hong Kong: 3–8 business days
(Generally, a local tracking NO. is going to be sent to you during above stages, but there won’t be any tracking updates on the carrier official website)

Customs clearance: 1–3 business days (In the event of a destination port inspection, port strike, or similar issues, additional time may be required. While these situations are rare, we've encountered them in past deliveries, so we want to make sure you're aware of this possibility.)
Sorting and pickup by the local carrier: 3–7 business days

After pickup, your local carrier will begin the final mile delivery. The tracking link you receive will begin to show movement from this point forward.

General Shipping Pipeline

To help you plan for the arrival of your Shipping, please find below the estimated timeline for each stage of the shipping process:

- CN Land Transportation to the Forwarder's Warehouse: 1-3 business days

- Forwarder's Scheduling (Waiting for the shipping date): 7-14 days for a shipping slot

- CN Customs Checking, if selected: 8-15 business days

- On the Sea: Around 20~40 days (To EU, it takes around 40 days)

- Customs Clearance in destination country: 5-6 business days (Please note that during port congestions or strikes, this may take longer)

- De-stuffing and Pick-up: 5-6 business days 

- Local shipping: 3-10 business days

Components & Accessories Shipping

All component and accessory individual shipments are dispatched directly from our primary HQ CN warehouse.

- Combined Orders Note: For system orders matching a board and standalone components, we intentionally hold and optimize component dispatch so parts arrive concurrently with your board for safe, structured assembly.
- If you need the parts shipped urgently, please contact us separately via logistics@linnpower.com. Please note that once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Timeframe Overview

Standard dispatch delivery stretches anywhere between 5 to 20 days total.

Parts default to standard routes taking 10-19 days to Continental USA, usually around 10 days. However, due to recent changes in U.S. customs policies, the likelihood of customs inspections has increased. If your parcel is selected for inspection, it may require additional time. 
Deliveries targeting non-mainland regions (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) will extend past standard timelines.

Pre-Order & Back-Order Allocation

Products designated with "Pre-Order" or "Back-Order" badges mean they are either within our active factory production cycle or are currently in marine transit to regional partner warehouses. Door-to-door transit timelines trigger exclusively after the specific batch departs the manufacturing plant.

Flexible Cancellation Guardrail: For any Pre-Order or Back-Order status items, if your board has not been physically labeled and dispatched from the facility, you retain the right to cancel your reservation order at any moment and please kindly note that the payment processor charges a 6% transaction fee, so the total refund amount will be 94% of your original payment.

Conversely, once your board is shipped out from our factory, international export infrastructure dictates that orders cannot be recalled, canceled, or refunded midway.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we provide worldwide global shipping options! Exact precision shipping fees are mapped directly inside your cart checkouts. If your explicit geo-location fails to yield carrier rates, communicate directly with hello@linnpower.com for immediate custom logistics support.
Where are your warehouses located?
We maintain active operations inside optimized partner hub warehouses based across the USA, Canada, and Germany, securing localized stock availability for core models. Direct global air/sea express pipelines route straight out of our HQ China center for any adjacent international territories.
Can I change my shipping address post-purchase?
If the item package remains stationed within our factory walls, we can update details without penalty. However, once the cargo is processed into international transport pipelines, alterations are completely locked. Forwarder rerouting attempts after dispatch incur an extra service fee of $25 - $100 USD, introduce high risk of loss, and invalidate our delivery liability guarantees. Please audit your address fields thoroughly.
When will I receive my explicit tracking code?
Non-Pre-Sale Component/Part Orders: Distributed within 5 working days. 
In-Stock Local Warehouse Boards: Issued within 3 working days (can widen to 5-7 business days during peak sales events).
Direct China Factory Shipments: Transmitted via email within 7 working days. For more details, please refer to the board shipping pipeline.
*Reminder: Manifest files with carriers like UPS/FedEx/DPD only display tracking activity post-customs clearance in your home country.
Will I be liable to pay import customs or VAT fees?
Skateboards: Shipments entering the USA, Canada, AU, EU, UK, HK, TW, SG, MYS, TH, PH, UAE, and RU are delivered with taxes and custom clearance entirely prepaid and included in the price.
Parts & Components: Standalone accessory orders face varying customs tax parameters depending on target local border regulations. This occurs with higher frequency inside Canada and non-EU territories and remains under client responsibility.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, Military Bases, or Hotels?
No, our premium express freight partners cannot deliver large battery packages or advanced gear to PO Boxes, Military Bases, or temporary tourist accommodations. A verified residential or corporate physical brick-and-mortar address is strictly mandatory.
