Tracking updates for Boards shipped from HQCN:

Once you place an order, we typically dispatch your Board to our partner forwarder's warehouse in China within 1-3 business days. Domestic transportation within China takes 2-4 business days. Once received, the forwarder processes the order, which takes around 1-3 business days. Most customers receive a tracking number at this stage, but there will be no tracking updates until the package arrives in the destination country and is scanned by the local last-mile carrier. Once tracking updates appear, it means your Board is close to being delivered.

  • Fast Shipping: Usually takes about 1 week to wait for a flight or vessel.

  • General Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 weeks to secure a suitable shipping schedule. The sea transit takes approximately 30 days, followed by 1 week for customs clearance and warehouse processing. Final delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. 

Components/Accessories Shipping

All component and accessory shipments are dispatched from our HQ CN warehouse.

For combined orders, we generally hold the shipment of parts until you are about to receive the board to ensure a coordinated delivery.

Shipping Timeframe:

Please note: Parts are shipped by default with general shipping, which usually takes 7-15 business days. For destinations outside the mainland, such as Hawaii, shipping may require a longer duration. If you would like to receive your items sooner, you can contact us to pay the difference for express shipping- $30. This service typically delivers within 3-7 business days. Please be aware that destination customs will charge duties directly to you.

 

Pre-Order/Back-Order Shipping Information

When a product is marked with "Pre-Order" or "Back-Order", it indicates that the products is either still in production or en route from our factory in China to warehouses in various countries. The door-to-door shipping time only starts once the product has left the factory, so please anticipate a longer waiting period. For specific shipping times, refer to the shipping details provided under each product.

For Pre-Order/Back-Order products, if your product has not been dispatched and you change your mind during this period, you can cancel your order at any time. If your order has been shipped, due to the nature of international orders, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer global shipping! Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process. If you're unable to find shipping options for your location, please reach out to us at hello@linnpower.com. Our team is here to assist you with any additional inquiries or special arrangements.

Where is your warehouse?
We have partner warehouses in the USA, Canada, Australia, and Germany, with most models in stock. For orders from other countries or regions, we continue to offer global shipping directly from China, ensuring that customers worldwide receive their orders and enjoy our products!

How long will it take to ship my order?
The delivery time for your order can vary based on your location. For orders that are not pre-sale, once processed, they typically take between 1 to 3 business days to ship out. When it comes to the delivery of parts, you can expect them to arrive within 7 to 16 days. For specific shipping details on skateboards, please check above shipping time for your reference and the shipping time is indicated during checkout too. You can also contact us to check further.

We cooperate leading carriers and local courier partners, tailored to specific regions.

Can I change my shipping address?
We understand that sometimes changes are necessary and are here to help. If your order is still at our factory, we can gladly assist you with changing the shipping address. Please note that for orders that have already been dispatched, it's regretfully not possible for us to make changes to the delivery address.

Should you still wish to proceed with an address change after shipment, please be aware that you may incur an extra fee ranging from 25 to 35 US dollars, which is charged by our forwarder. It's important to consider that changing the address at this stage can potentially lead to delays in delivery and, in rare cases, the risk of the package being lost or mistakenly signed for by another party.

In such instances, we won't be able to assume responsibility for the loss. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order.

When can I expect the tracking NO.?
For Non-Pre-Sale Parts Orders: Once you've placed your order, we aim to provide the tracking number within 3 working days. This allows you to stay informed about the progress of your shipment.

For Skateboard Orders in Local Warehouse Stock: Similarly, for skateboards that are readily available in our local warehouse, you can expect to receive your tracking number within 3 working days post-ordering. This enables you to track your board's journey to your doorstep.* However, during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, tracking updates may take 5-7 business days to appear.

For Skateboard Orders Shipped Directly from Our Headquarters in China (CN): For these orders, the tracking number is typically sent to you within 7 working days after the order has been placed. Please be aware that for shipments using UPS, FedEx, Toll, DPD, or DHL, the tracking number might only reflect activity after it has cleared customs in the destination country. This means that there might be a period before the local courier company picks up the package, and logistics updates begin.

Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?
With the changes brought about by the pandemic, carrier company has adjusted some of its operational procedures. As a result, it's not uncommon for there to be a delay in the initial scanning of packages when they're first picked up. This doesn't mean that your parcel isn't on the move, though! In fact, by the time the tracking information updates, your package may already be en route to a UPS station near you, indicating that it's likely closer to its destination than it might seem.

We understand that tracking updates are important for peace of mind, and we're here to assure you that your shipment is progressing as expected.

Will I need to pay customs fees?
Skateboards: When you purchase a skateboard from us and you're from AU, EU, HK, TW, SG, MYS, TH, PH , the UAE and RU, the price you see already includes any applicable taxes.
Parts/Components: For orders of replacement parts, please be aware that the destination country may levy taxes. This is particularly the case for shipments to Canada and various European countries, where the likelihood of incurring taxes is higher. It's important to note that these taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Is it possible to ship items to PO Boxes, Military Bases, or addresses for temporary accommodations?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Military Bases, or temporary accommodations. Please provide a residential or business address for the delivery of your skateboard. Additionally, please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.
