Most of our skateboards are designed to support a maximum load of 150kg, which includes the weight of the rider plus any cargo or additional gear.

Our skateboards are not designed to be waterproof. We caution against riding in wet conditions, as the risk of injury from slipping is significantly increased. While we've taken extensive measures to make the electrical components as water-resistant as possible, it's important to understand that exposure to water can still compromise the electronics, bearings, and other parts of the board.

Please be aware that any damage caused by water is not covered under our warranty. We encourage all riders to take the necessary precautions to keep their skateboards dry and in good working order.

  • Wet Conditions: Avoid riding in rain or snow to prevent accidents and component damage.
  • Regular Inspections: Check belts, wheels, and bearings for wear. Replace parts as needed for safety and performance.
  • Cleaning: Clean your board post-ride with a damp cloth, avoiding excess water and harsh chemicals.
  • Grip Tape: Replace worn or damaged grip tape to maintain traction and safety.
  • Official Parts: Source replacement parts from official channels for quality and compatibility.

Temperature Management:
Maintain a stable temperature for your skateboard, avoiding extremes over 86°F (30°C) or below 32°F (0°C). Cold weather may affect performance, but it improves with warmer temperatures.

!!! Battery Storage !!!:
If not in use, store your board's battery charged to 40-50%. Regularly check and maintain this level monthly to prevent damage not covered by warranty.

Avoid Overcharging:
Don't leave your board charging for too long. Disconnect the charger when the battery is full to avoid heat buildup and extend battery life.

Cooling Down:
Wait 30 minutes after riding before charging to let the battery cool, which helps maintain performance.

Official Chargers:
Use only authorized chargers to ensure compatibility and safety for your skateboard's battery.

Yes, we offer global shipping! Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process. Our U.S. overseas warehouse is strategically situated in California. To enhance the delivery experience for our customers on the East Coast, we are excited to announce plans to establish a new partnership with an overseas warehouse located in Pennsylvania. This initiative is designed to expedite the receipt of goods for those in the eastern United States.

Furthermore, we are in the process of setting up an overseas warehouse in Germany to better serve the European Union market. Additionally, discussions are underway to establish a warehouse in Canada, which will further expand our logistics capabilities.

In the interim period before these new warehouse collaborations are in place, we will continue to provide global shipping directly from China, ensuring that our customers worldwide receive their orders and enjoy our products!

The delivery time for your order can vary based on your location. For orders that are not pre-sale, once processed, they typically take between 1 to 3 business days to ship out. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary and are here to help. If your order is still at our factory, we can gladly assist you with changing the shipping address. Please note that for orders that have already been dispatched, it's regretfully not possible for us to make changes to the delivery address.

Should you still wish to proceed with an address change after shipment, please be aware that you may incur an extra fee ranging from 25 to 35 US dollars, which is charged by our forwarder. It's important to consider that changing the address at this stage can potentially lead to delays in delivery and, in rare cases, the risk of the package being lost or mistakenly signed for by another party.

For Skateboard Orders Shipped Directly from Our Headquarters in China (CN):
For these orders, the tracking number is typically sent to you within 7 working days after the order has been placed. Please be aware that for shipments using UPS, FedEx, or DHL, the tracking number might only reflect activity after it has cleared customs in the destination country. This means that there might be a period before the local courier company picks up the package, and logistics updates begin.

With the changes brought about by the pandemic, UPS has adjusted some of its operational procedures. As a result, it's not uncommon for there to be a delay in the initial scanning of packages when they're first picked up. This doesn't mean that your parcel isn't on the move, though! In fact, by the time the tracking information updates, your package may already be en route to a UPS station near you, indicating that it's likely closer to its destination than it might seem.

When you purchase a skateboard from us and you're from AU, EU, HK, TW, SG, MYS, TH, PH , the UAE and RU, the price you see already includes any applicable taxes.

Parts/Components:
For orders of replacement parts, please be aware that the destination country may levy taxes. This is particularly the case for shipments to Canada and various European countries, where the likelihood of incurring taxes is higher. It's important to note that these taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Military Bases, or temporary accommodations.
