Warranty Policy

Boards Warranty

Your warranty begins on the day your package is delivered to you. Our skateboards come with a 180-day limited warranty, ensuring peace of mind and quality assurance.

Warranty Exclusions

- The following items are not covered due to their nature of wear and tear: bearings, belts, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape, and wheels.

- Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents such as riding in wet conditions or dropping the skateboard are not covered. Our skateboards have an IPX5 water resistance rating, meaning they are splash and dust resistant under normal conditions.

- Damages due to unauthorized modifications, repairs, or failure to follow user manual instructions are not covered. The warranty is void if the product has been altered or poorly maintained.

- Free products or gifts, as well as your product was purchased from another person or an unauthorized dealer, are not covered under this warranty.

*Please note that providing pictures or a test video is essential for us to arrange an accessory replacement under warranty.

Components Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty that covers any manufacturing defects, starting from the day the package is delivered to customers.

All components, such as an extra remote or battery, can be purchased separately in our shop. If you do not see the part listed, please contact hello@linnpower.com. 

Warranty Exclusions
- The warranty excludes perishable items, including bearings, belts, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape, and wheels.(Except just delivered within 7 days);
- The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, such as damage from abuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, negligence (including prolonged use of the battery at high power without timely charging), or any other damage resulting from misuse;
- Free products aren't covered by warranty;

If the problem should still persists after our diagnosis, we will continue to help you finding the correct replacement part until the problem is solved.

We reply to all questions within 24 hours during working days. If a question is sent during the weekend, please expect out response after the next working day. Replacement parts will be sent 2-3 business days after your request has been submitted. The shipping takes 3-15 business days.

Water damage, wheel wear, belts wear and any artificial damage is NOT covered under the warranty. Always charge the board with the original charger. Otherwise the battery might be damaged or even catch fire. This damage is NOT covered under the warranty.

 

After-Sales Service Support

For any after-sales service inquiries, please email us at support@linnpower.com. To expedite the resolution process, please provide the following:

  • Your order email address
  • The unique skateboard identification code
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos (if necessary) that clearly show the failure

We are committed to resolving your issues promptly. Your detailed cooperation helps us assist you better. 

*Please be advised: By default, after-sales parts are selected for general shipping, which typically takes 7-15 business days. For destinations outside the mainland, such as Hawaii, shipping may take a longer time. If you wish to receive your items sooner, you can pay the difference for express shipping starting at $30 (based on weight for a real-time amount), and it generally arrives within 3-7 business days. The destination customs will collect duties directly from you.

*We sincerely apologize, but at this stage, shipping costs for replacement parts to non-free-shipping regions will need to be covered by customer directly.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy

- We provide refunds for orders that have not been shipped, processed within 7 to 15 business days. A 6% fee, charged by our refund platform, applies to non-pre-order items.
- Once dispatched, we cannot refund orders as we're unable to intercept shipments handed over to logistics companies.
- We cannot process refunds if tracking information shows "Delivered."
- For lost orders during transit or customs, we offer a refund or complimentary replacement after notifying you.

 

Return Policy

- Packages shipped from China or shipped to islands are non-returnable once dispatched; 
- However, if your product is shipped from one of our local partner warehouses and remains unopened, you may contact us after receipt. You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees. For Continental USA, a single shipping fee typically ranges from $60 to $120, meaning round-trip costs can total $120 to $240, depending on your location. Additionally, the payment platform charges a 6% refund processing fee, so your final refund amount will be calculated as:
Refund = (Amount Paid × 0.94) - Outbound Shipping(US$60~US$120) - Return Shipping(US$60~US$120).
- The customer will be responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized returns. A minimum depreciation and restocking fee of 30% will apply to used products returned. The exact fee will be determined based on the product's condition.
*Please do not refuse any packages. Any additional costs resulting from refusal or incorrect address will be fully borne by you. If a refusal leads to a lost package, you will be fully responsible for the loss.

 

Order Cancellation

Cancel unshipped orders from our factory, subject to a 6% fee charged by refund platform.
