Refund, Return & After-Sales Policy
At Linnpower, we design and build high-performance electric skateboards with uncompromising quality. Please review our full refund, return, and support protocols below before initiating a request.
Refund Policy
- Unshipped Orders: Refunds can be processed within 7 to 15 business days for orders that have not yet shipped. A 6% platform transaction fee applies to all canceled orders.
- In-Transit Shipments: Once dispatched, shipments handed over to logistics partners cannot be intercepted or refunded.
- Delivered Orders: Orders marked as "Delivered" by logistics providers are non-refundable.
- Lost Packages: If an order is confirmed lost in transit or by customs, we will issue a full refund or send a complimentary replacement upon verification.
Return Policy
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns and refunds cannot be approved under any of the following conditions:
- The skateboard package has already been unboxed or opened.
- Visible signs of usage or street riding are detected on the board or components.
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since verified delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation) is missing or invalid.
- The shipment is currently in transit or already dispatched.
- Requests originating outside mainland territories (e.g., non-continental US states like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or non-mainland EU islands).
- Returns based solely on a change of mind.
Return Shipping Costs & Calculation
If your unopened product was shipped from a local warehouse and is located within the Continental USA or Mainland EU, you may request a return within 7 days. Customers are fully responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
For Continental USA, single-direction shipping typically costs $60–$120, resulting in total round-trip shipping costs between $120 and $240.
Please do NOT refuse package delivery. Any extra costs incurred due to delivery refusal or incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer. If package refusal results in a lost shipment, you will bear full financial responsibility. Round-trip refusal fees start at a minimum of USD $100.
Mandatory Return Requirements
To request a return authorization, you must submit video documentation demonstrating:
- Current physical state of the board (grip tape, wheels, deck underside, rear trucks).
- Complete contents of the box (charger, T-tool, accessories).
Once approved, the item must be shipped to our designated facility within 3 business days. Delayed shipments will void the return agreement.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are strictly limited to orders that have not yet dispatched. A standard 6% payment processor fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Shipped orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Required Claim Details: To expedite your request, please include: (1) Order Email, (2) Board Serial Number, (3) Detailed issue description, and (4) Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Confirmed defective components are packed and dispatched promptly.
Receive official video guides and documentation for quick modular replacement.
All non-user-inflicted defect parts and logistics costs are 100% covered under warranty.
Secondhand Owners Policy
We provide technical guidance and support to all Linnpower riders regardless of ownership history. However, secondary owners (where the contact email differs from the original purchase order) are required to purchase replacement parts at standard pricing.
