When to Replace Your Lock Nuts
For safety and optimal performance, always pay attention to the resistance you feel when using your T-tool to tighten the axle or kingpin nut. When that resistance drops significantly, you should consider replacing the nut, as the nylon locking mechanism may be worn out.
