We’ve implemented our custom-designed battery structure, redesigning the holder and nickel strips, and integrating a complete PCBA—eliminating wire harnesses. This new holder, securely fixed to the PCBA, meets automotive-grade standards, representing a major advancement in skateboard battery design. The nickel strips now feature improved release slots and convex designs, ensuring robust and reliable battery welding. They no longer need to secure the battery cells together, focusing solely on conducting current, which greatly enhances reliability. This innovative approach, dubbed FlexVolt, delivers unprecedented power, reliability, and flexibility.

We’ve customized a 14S, 60A(bus), 90A (phase) controller from Hobbywing, paired with the 6370 motor to deliver high power while maintaining smooth and reliable performance. The ESC’s thermal design has been reworked with a 6061-T651 aluminum controller housing and integrated heat sink for improved heat dissipation.
