Tracking Updates for Boards Shipped from HQ CN
Once your order is successfully captured, we dispatch your board to our partner forwarder's hub in China within 1-3 business days. Domestic transit inside China takes an additional 2-4 business days.
Crucial Tracking Note: Most riders receive their tracking sequence code at this initial processing step. However, no structural courier tracking updates will refresh until the package clears customs in your target destination country and undergoes its first physical scan by the local last-mile carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DPD). When that scan happens, it signals your board is in close proximity to final delivery.
To help you better plan for the arrival of your board, please refer to the estimated timeline for each stage of the shipping process:
- Domestic transit in China to the freight forwarder's warehouse: 1-3 business days
- China Mainland to Hong Kong transit: 1-3 business days
- CN Customs Checking (if selected): 5-10 business days
- Waiting for outbound flight from Hong Kong: 3-8 business days Generally, a local tracking number will be sent to you during the above stages, but no tracking updates will appear on the carrier's official website.
- Customs clearance: 1-3 business days In the event of a destination port inspection, port strike, or similar issues, additional time may be required. While rare, we've encountered these in past deliveries.
- Sorting and pickup by the local carrier: 3-7 business days
After pickup, your local carrier will begin final-mile delivery. The tracking link you receive will begin to show movement from this point forward.

- CN Land Transportation to the Forwarder's Warehouse: 1-3 business days
- Forwarder's Scheduling (waiting for shipping date): 7-14 days for a shipping slot
- CN Customs Checking (if selected): 8-15 business days
- On the Sea: ~20-40 days (to EU, ~40 days)
- Customs Clearance in destination country: 5-6 business days Please note that during port congestions or strikes, this may take longer.
- De-stuffing and Pick-up: 5-6 business days
- Local shipping: 3-10 business days

All component and accessory individual shipments are dispatched directly from our primary HQ CN warehouse.

Timeframe Overview
Standard dispatch delivery stretches anywhere between 5 to 20 days total.
Parts default to standard routes taking 10-19 days to Continental USA, usually around 10 days. However, due to recent changes in U.S. customs policies, the likelihood of customs inspections has increased. If your parcel is selected for inspection, it may require additional time.
Deliveries targeting non-mainland regions (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) will extend past standard timelines.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Allocation
Products designated with "Pre-Order" or "Back-Order" badges mean they are either within our active factory production cycle or are currently in marine transit to regional partner warehouses. Door-to-door transit timelines trigger exclusively after the specific batch departs the manufacturing plant.
Flexible Cancellation Guardrail: For any Pre-Order or Back-Order status items, if your board has not been physically labelled and dispatched from the facility, you retain the right to cancel your reservation order at any moment. Please note that the payment processor charges a 6% transaction fee, so the total refund amount will be 94% of your original payment.
Conversely, once your board is shipped out from our factory, international export infrastructure dictates that orders cannot be recalled, cancelled, or refunded midway.
