Light, rigid, and extremely precise.
The RaceAxis™ Pivot Truck uses a single-axis rotation design with a 45° front / 15° rear split-angle geometry, giving the board responsive steering while maintaining stability at speed.
Unlike traditional channel trucks that often feel vague around center and overly stiff mid-turn, RaceAxis™ delivers smooth, progressive steering with a consistent return. The result is a truck that feels predictable whether you’re carving slowly or riding fast. A custom pivot cup and spherical bearing assembly keeps rotation precise while absorbing road shock. Horizontally mounted standard cylindrical bushings allow riders to fine-tune response using dual preload nuts on each side.
Each truck bracket & hanger is 5-axis CNC-machined from 7075-T651 aerospace aluminum, then hard-anodized for durability. Forged chromoly axles and kingpins complete the system, creating a truck platform designed for stable high-speed riding without sacrificing control.

T700 + T800 Hybrid Carbon Fiber Deck
THE ONE uses a T700 + T800 hybrid carbon fiber monocoque deck, compression-molded under high temperature and pressure to achieve exceptional stiffness while maintaining impact resistance.
Inspired by modern supercar monocoque structures, the battery enclosure and riding platform are integrated into one rigid chassis. This design improves structural strength while keeping the board stable under high load and high speed. The deck features deep sculpted footwells that naturally lock your stance in place during acceleration and cornering. An integrated reinforced top plate also allows riders to install bindings or other custom setups if needed.
Finished in an automotive-grade matte coating, the surface offers a clean, understated look while maintaining durability for real-world riding.
High-Torque LINNPOWER Drive System
7087 & 6487 Race Motors
THE ONE is powered by LINNPOWER’s high-performance 7087 and 6487 motors, developed for sustained torque delivery and long-term reliability under high load.
Both motors feature a 10 mm shaft compatible with either 3 mm keyways or D-shaft mounting, allowing flexible drivetrain configurations. Thermal management is handled through a rear cooling impeller and front micro-vent system, helping maintain stable temperatures while reducing the chance of sand or debris entering the motor. The flange shaft assembly is secured with five YFS 12.9-grade M4 bolts, providing a rigid connection that resists loosening during aggressive riding and repeated high-torque loads. Internally, the motors use high-temperature N45SH magnets, reinforced by stainless steel retaining rings and adhesive-filled slots to maintain magnet stability under demanding conditions. The stator is built from 0.2 mm Kawasaki silicon steel laminations, reducing iron losses and improving electrical efficiency.
Each motor is dynamically balanced beyond 10,000 RPM, significantly higher than many motors designed for around 8,000 RPM operation. The result is smoother rotation, reduced vibration, and more consistent power delivery at speed.

Pure Racing Power
18S 160A & 18S 80A
At the heart of THE ONE PRIME is a custom-built 18S race ESC, engineered to fully unlock the potential of the high-voltage drivetrain.
The Prime version runs a 160A system, delivering up to 12,000W of peak output. With the 13T motor gear installed, the board accelerates from 0–50 km/h in about 2 seconds, with a top speed reaching 85 km/h. The THE ONE SELECT version uses an 80A configuration, offering strong and controllable performance with 0–50 km/h in around 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 70 km/h. Both systems are tuned for smooth and predictable power delivery, using FOC control with VESC-style current management. Throttle response remains precise even at low speed, while Smart Reverse enables a natural brake-to-reverse transition when maneuvering.
This is not just about peak power. It’s about delivering usable, controlled performance across the entire speed range.

High-Voltage Platform
180A discharge & 100A discharge
THE ONE runs on an 18S high-voltage platform built around a modular 18S4P laminated FlexVolt™ battery pack. The system is available with Molicel P45B cells or Samsung 50S cells, each optimized for different performance profiles.
The P45B version supports up to 180A discharge, delivering strong current capability for demanding riding conditions. The 50S configuration supports 100A discharge, balancing output and efficiency for extended rides. The battery pack integrates a BMS and PCBA built with TOLL-packaged MOSFETs, helping reduce electrical resistance and heat generation under heavy load. High-temperature-resistant enclosures and reinforced nickel strips further improve long-term durability. The system supports up to 200A output and high-power fast charging. With the P45B configuration, the board can reach approximately 70% charge in around 15 minutes using 30A (2250W) charging. The 50S version supports 20A (1500W) charging, reaching roughly 70% capacity in about 30 minutes.
A high-voltage spark-protection design is also integrated into the system to improve safety during connection and charging.
Dual Gear Ratios
2-in-1 V4.3 4G Gear Drive System
THE ONE uses the LINNPOWER 2-in-1 V4.3 4G gear drive, designed to deliver efficient power transfer while maintaining durability under high torque.
The gearbox features a precision CNC-machined 6061-T651 aluminum housing and a proprietary four-gear internal layout, helping reduce noise and distribute load evenly across the drivetrain. Inside the housing, hardened steel gears are used to improve wear resistance and long-term reliability. Riders can also switch between two gear ratios — 4.3 and 3.6 — by changing the motor gear (11T stock, 13T optional) to adjust the balance between acceleration and top speed. The enclosure uses five independent sealing points to help protect the drivetrain from dust and water intrusion. Custom CNC-machined connectors with integrated buffer rubber further reduce vibration and mechanical stress.
Compared with the V4.3 AT/MT gearbox version, this configuration is 45% more compact, 12% lighter, and significantly stronger, making it well suited for high-performance street and race riding.
Track-to-Trail Switch
Adjustable Ride Height System
THE ONE allows riders to adjust the ride height and geometry depending on riding conditions.
By repositioning the mounting brackets using a small number of bolts, the board can be configured for track riding, street carving, or higher-clearance setups for rough terrain. The bracket components are made from 7075-T651 aerospace-grade aluminum, precision 5-axis CNC machined, and finished with a hard anodized surface treatment for durability.
The result is a simple mechanical system that lets riders tune the board’s stance and clearance without adding unnecessary complexity.
