V1 and V2 motors are not interchangeable. V1 systems require V1 motors, and V2 systems require V2 motors. Upgrading a V1 system to V2 motors requires replacing both motors together.

High-Performance LINNPOWER Motors
Equipped with two powerful models, the 7087 and 6487, delivering exceptional torque for extreme racing. Featuring a 10mm shaft compatible with both 3mm keyways and D-shaped shaft for versatile fitment. Rear-mounted cooling impellers and front micro-vents provide efficient heat dissipation and protection against sand and dirt. The flange shaft is secured with five YFS 12.9 grade M4 screws, ensuring unmatched structural strength and preventing loosening or damage. Magnets use high-temp N45SH material, reinforced by thickened stainless steel retaining rings and adhesive-filled slots, guaranteeing long-term magnet stability under high performance. Kawasaki 0.2mm silicon steel laminations minimize iron loss, boosting efficiency. Dynamically balanced beyond 10,000 RPM — well above standard motors capped at 8,000 RPM — for smooth, reliable power delivery.
