Refund Policy
- We provide refunds for orders that have not been shipped, processed within 7 to 15 business days. A 6% fee, charged by our refund platform, applies to all items.
- Once dispatched, we cannot refund orders as we're unable to intercept shipments handed over to logistics companies.
- We cannot process refunds if tracking information shows "Delivered".
- For lost orders during transit or customs, we offer a refund or complimentary replacement after notifying you.
Return Policy

Returns and refunds cannot be processed in the following cases.
- The board has already been unboxed.
- Signs of use are visible on the board, indicating it has been ridden.
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since the board was received.
- The order proof is missing or invalid (e.g., no order number, email, etc.).
- The shipment is already on its way or packages have been dispatched.
- The request comes from a region outside the continental United States(e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico in the United States) or the European Union (Non-European entities, mainland territories, islands, and similar regions).
- The return is due to a change of mind. -
Return Cost
- If your product is shipped from our local partner warehouse and is not being delivered to non-mainland areas (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico in the United States) and remains unopened, you can contact us after receiving it. You will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees.
For Continental USA, a single shipping fee typically ranges from $60 to $120, meaning round-trip costs can total $120 to $240, depending on your location. Additionally, the payment platform charges a 6% refund processing fee, so your final refund amount will be calculated as:
Refund = (Amount Paid × 0.94) - Outbound Shipping(US$60~US$120) - Return Shipping(US$60~US$120).
*For other regions, the actual shipping cost will be based on the final invoice.
- The customer will be responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized returns. A minimum depreciation and restocking fee of 30% will apply to used products returned.
- *Please do not refuse any packages. Any additional costs resulting from refusal or incorrect address will be fully borne by you. If a refusal leads to a lost package, you will be fully responsible for the loss. The round-trip shipping cost starts at a minimum of USD 100 and will be charged according to the actual invoice.

To apply a return label, please kindly note that provide the following video is a must:
- A video showing the current state of the board, including the grip tape condition, the wheels, the back of the board, and the rear truck area.
- A video showing the contents of the box (charger, T-Tool, etc.).
- Once a return agreement is reached, please ship the board to the designated address within 3 business days. If it is not sent within this period, it will be considered a waiver of the return.
- Once the warehouse confirms receipt and verifies everything is in order, we will submit the refund request. The refund typically takes 3–15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Order Cancellation
Only orders that haven’t been shipped can be canceled, and a 6% processing fee will apply. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To expedite the resolution process, please provide the following:
- Your order email address.
- The unique skateboard identification code.
- A detailed description of the issue (mandatory).
- Clear photos or videos that clearly demonstrate the problem (mandatory).
We are committed to resolving your issues promptly. Your detailed cooperation helps us assist you better. We provide after-sales support regardless of whether you are the original owner. However, if you are not the original purchaser (i.e., the order email & the contact email is different), you will need to purchase any replacement parts yourself.

Rest assured, we cover all costs associated with parts and shipping during the warranty period, as long as the damage was not caused by the customer. The warranty covers replacement of the necessary parts only. We’ll provide clear instructions with images and support you throughout the process to resolve any issues. Please note that it does not include sending a new board.
